Fortnight Brewing in Cary, North Carolina is growing, and we need so as to add to our staff.
Fortnight is an 8-yr-previous, 4-vessel, 30-barrel brewhouse. We make fashionable American-model beers, some English classics as well as brew beneath contract for a number of companions.
Our area is shared with a kombucha company. We have two taprooms on-site. We’re opening a second location.
Concerning the Job:
Weekly we brew 120+ barrels and run the canning line 4-5 days.
This position reports to the Brewmaster. Pay is aggressive.
The position(s) will consist of engaged on the canning line, cellar work, cask making, cleaning, and brewing.
Should be capable to:
Work in loud/sizzling/cold/wet circumstances. Be versatile, carry 55 pounds repeatedly to shoulder top. Comply with path.
Maintain a clean and protected work setting as assigned by head brewer.
Set up hoses, fittings, and clamps as required for manufacturing and cleaning operations.
Carry out production operations, CIP’s, and sanitation practices with strict adherence to SOP’s set forth in training. Observe security protocol. SOPs for all processes.
Carry out primary upkeep on pumps, valves, tanks, and course of tools.

Minimal 1 year experience in professional beer production.
Maintain proficiency in a minimum of two of the following production areas: brewhouse, cellar, and/or packaging.
