S’more Shake Smoothie

Warning: This smoothie is not healthy. It does not contain any vegetables, fruit, Greek yogurt, protein powder, etc.

Warning: This smoothie was classified as a “kid-friendly” drink. It might will make you forget about how old you are. (This is a good warning.)

Warning: This smoothie is not a smoothie. It’s a shake.

S’more Shake

1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/8 cup plus 2 tablespoons fudge topping, divided

1/2 cup marshmallow crème

1/2 cup milk

1/2 cup vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt


Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1/8 cup fudge topping, mixing with a fork until blended. Press about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into bottom of glass. reserve any remaining crumb mixture for garnish. Freeze until ready to serve.

Combine marshmallow crème and 2 tablespoons fudge topping in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 20-30 seconds. Stir, mixing until blended and smooth. Gradually whisk in milk.

Pour milk mixture in blender; add ice cream or frozen yogurt. Process until mixture is smooth. Pour over graham cracker base in prepared glasses. Garnish with reserved crumbs, whipped cream, and chocolate, if desired.
